Changes in the Email Address of the Directors

Dear all,

 

We have filed DIR-3 KYC for all the Directors of the Company, However , due to changes in the service provider , recently email address of all the employees has got modified ,now when I am trying to file DIR-6 for notifying the changes , the field for changes in the email address seems to deactivated. When I tried to fill up DIR -3KYC it shows a message that form has been already filed for the Current year . Now , How I can change the email address? because within few days directors old email address will get discontinued and in that case it will be difficult for us to modify the email Address .

For change in personal email id or mobile no. you have to DIR 3 KYC Pdf form ,and if there is no changes from last disclosure made then DIR 3 KYC Web based form can be filed, since you already filed DIR 3 KYC and DIR 6 option is deactivated then you have to wait till March and post that for next FY you can file DIR 3 KYC Pdf form ...
