can I change eligibility criteria through correction window???Please reply.. its urgent!!

As per the PDF on 'Foundation guidance may 2019'
candidates whose eligibility is in doubt, will be addressed, for clarification, normally 25 days prior to the commencement of examination

Centre opted (one zone to another not permitted)
Medium opted
group opted (both grp to single grp not permitted)

actually I have mistakenly selected wrong eligibility criteria(articleship) instead of correct one?? is there any problem??I have completed my articleship on 31/3/2019.
