Changed my organization - how to file itr now ?

You can directly file from https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ and create the profile, link the aadhaar and go ahead.

my doubt was not on how to file normally ? 

as i have two form 16 now.. how to use both for filing ? 

Enter the data of both the employers in schedule S (Salary) and also give details of TDS

In total income , aggregate the total salary from both the employers
