No you can not change subscriber (promoter) in MOA after incorporation.

For Filing Form 1A, following point should keep in mind

1. DIN/PAN of at least 2 person if the company is going to incorporate is private limited.

2. DIN of at least 2 directors.

3. Digital Signature of person applying Form 1A.

4. Atleast e three name of the company

5. Nature of company

6. Object for which company is going to incorporate.

7. Minimum capital of Rs. 1 lakh.

Nature of Company - You will have to specify whether the company being proposed is a Public Company Or a Private Company.

Objects - Here you have to specify the activity or the business of the proposed company.
