Change of trade name
To change the trade name in gst what is the procedure .Is it possible.and which documents are required?

Registration amendment - Core fields to be amended. As it is trade and it is to changed, saved and filed with DSC/EVC. No documentation required.
If legal name is being changed then PAN is to be provided as supporting.

As change in trade name it's core amendment,
You can go for change on GST portal in registration tab, core field amendment
supporting document same as earlier you have given at time of previous registration .
