We are involve in constructions services in many state so we have centralized registration in Gujarat office and it is also our permanent office and all the services tax related compliance are settled from Gujarat office now we want it from Delhi office .for its what exactly we should do .whether we should file fresh application for registration in CGO Delhi or submit application in Gujarat ST office for address change. Pls help me

You have to apply afresh for centralised registration at Delhi. Before doing that you have to surrender your existing registration.
Dear Man Mohan,
you should make an application in delhi for registration and one application should file in gujarat for surrender of registration. write me any query related to taxation sachinagarwalcallb @ gmail.com

Would that also be the case in shifting a signle unit (non centralised registration) from one city to another?
