A Pvt Ltd company wants to change their registered office in same state of same RoC.
Is Form-23 require before filing of Form-18?
Is there requirement of any supporting proof of present registered office?

You have to fill form 18 for the change of registered office to ROC. You can download it from the below mentioned website.
