Change of reg address

Hello Friends/ Seniors,

 

A Pvt Ltd company has changed its registered office address and we have intimated the same at the following places:

 

1) MCA (ROC)

2) NSDL Department (for TAN)

3) Income Tax Department ( for PAN)

4) Banks

 

Kindly guide me if there is any other place left to be informed for the same.

Intimate to

PF Authorities;

Labour Departments like ESIC

Insurance Companies

If Situated in Industrial Area, inform to Industrial Zone like MIDC for Maharashtra

If manufacturing concern pre - intimation under Factories Act,

In case the Company is holding shares of other companies (listed or unlisted), it also need to intimate the fact of change in address to those companies.

Check master Data of the Company that ROC has updated the Company Master Detail to this effect.

Sometimes the ROC fails to update on time.

As soon as form 18 is approved, the details of registered office of the Company will automatically updated.

Dear Ravi ji,

 

In case of change of registered office within the local limits of city, village or town the intimation is reqruired to be given to every concerned party.

 

This may specifically be given or considered to be given when you print your new address on your each memo, bill, letter head or other communications.

 

You have to get altered every registration with new address whether it is in Excise or service Tax.

Can someone please tell me will i get a new certificate of incorporation after the changes has been done.

In that case what proof will i have that the address of the company has been changed???

 

 

You should give copy of form 18 filed at ROC alongwith challan as proof for change of address. Also printout of master data can be given as additional supporting.
