what is the producer and documents needed for change of proprietor name in gst

in case of proprietor death than what proceder my one claint death in the month of oct. than what can i do of gst number cancelled or what bcz aug sep oct gstr1 and 2 pending we file or not. therwise what can do next proceder.. pls help me.. sir
Take death certificate and file an application with ur concern department for cancellation of ur gstin... Concerns department will tell the procedure... This is except case
And file ur August September and October month return... Till the cancellation of all procedures hv been fulfilled
