no .. you have to use either black or blue pen
Change of pen requires signature from the Invigilator.
I mean if i have used gel pen to writer accounts paper and ball pen to write sfm is it allowed?
That is okay not an issue at all. I thought you were talking about changing pen in one single paper, where you had change pen due to ink getting over or some other reason.
