Is there a prescribed form/format for seeking Central Government's approval to alter the object clause in MOA for Section 25 companies? should the RD be informed before such approval or after obtaining the written approval fm Central Government??

i think there is no specefic format for the same but the proceudre is same as if it would have been other company
as call EGM, file form 23, filr form1B etc
expert opinion is most welcome
