what's the procedure of changing Mobile No. and Email ID in GST ??

In GST portal under services tap You can amend the details...

Login in GST portal and go as 

Dashboard >>  Registration >>  Amendment of Registration Non-Core fields >> Change Mobile No. & E-mail id >> Submit
