Please help urgently
In case of a private limited company-- If an existing director has to be appointed as MD, we need to hold BM, take consent letter and MBP-1 and DIR-8, file form MGT-14 and DIR-12.. I hope this is correct??
Further, what will happen to designation of existing MD? Will he automatically become a normal director or anything else is required?
