Change of date of birth

1. Write a letter addressing icai as to why change of DOB 2. Photocopies of following documents having the correct birth date - passport, pan card, birth certificate, driving licence, school leaving , college leaving. ( ALL SHOULD BE SIGNED AND STAMPED BY CA ) . ALSO CARRY THE ORIGINALS. 3. REGISTRATION LETTER BY ICAI ( STAMPED AND SIGNED BY CA ) ALSO CARRY ORIGINALS. 4. IF ADMIT CARD OR RESULT OF ANY EXAM IS AVAILABLE, STAMP SIGN BY CA + ORIGINAL. Go to any icai office , submit the documents and if any other procedure is to be followed then do it there itself. Sir first question do i need to submit the photocopies of all documents or any one on those. Secondly is it necessary to attested by a ca or any other gazetted officer will do? Thank you in advance
