Change of ao jurisdiction

You have to write to your current assessing officer in Delhi regarding your change of place and request him to transfer your case records and jurisdiction to appropriate AO in Hyderabad. Once both the officers in Delhi and Hyderabad are satisfied about proposed transfer, the Delhi Officer will initiate transfer process and migrate your PAN to the new AO in Hyderabad 

while filling the form 49A, the pan holder has to mention the current IT circle or ward on pin code basis ( available on ndsl database) which is perhaps ignored. you can amend the same once again by filing form 49A
