Change of address within city

I believe no changes are needed on the AoA and MoA  - both these documents do not have any details on the company's registered address, apart from the State it operates in. Is this correct?

MOA & AOA not required to be alter because under situation clause we show the name of State  ( Not proper adress ov registered office) to avoid such hardship. In ur case Board Resolution & Filling of Form-18 to RoC is enough.

Now in the case of PAN----------PAN does not consist Address of Registered Office but we have also required to make correction in the resord of Income tax authority 4 this purposr Resolution ( In ur case BR) along with a copy of adress prouf is required.

For change in regd office within the same city only board resolution is required to be passed in the board meeting. So the procedure would be:

1. Hold a board meeting by giving notice to board members

2. Pass necessary BR for office change

3. File form 18 with ROC within 30 days of passing BR in the board meeting.

No need to change MOA AOA etc. However intimate and update the regd office address  with all the concerned authorities.
