I had made mistake in mother's name by a letter will this cause any problem? And what do i have to do to change it???

Hi,

Change in Name

On submission of request Letter duly signed by the student along with the respective documents as stated below:

For Female students on account of Marriage	For Male/Female students
On submission of request Letter duly signed by the student along with a copy of marriage invitation card or attested copy of marriage registration certificate.	Attested copy of the 12th/Degree Mark sheet
Affidavit undertaken before notary public or a first class magistrate	Attested copy of the Gazette Notification

Change in Address
On submission of request Letter duly signed by the student.
Note:(Student Registration Number to be stated in all communications)

It is to be noted that there is no format for the letter as such. You just have to mention all the details in a proper manner just like a normal application.
