For any change in the directors information we need to file form DIN4 for which the email and Mobile are necessary. For the directors who do not have an email ID and Mobile numbers can we give the email address and mobile of his/her relative/son?Is it acceptable?

yes..it will be acceptable..
should not be a problem...the only thing is that you will have to remember the email id registered and will have to check the same for any communication received from the department
