I would like to know the process of address change in Service tax registation. Can someone please help

1. Amend the ST-1 online.
2. Print amended ST-1 Form with acknowledgement receipt.
3. Attach the new address proof with name of the entity (like copy of bank statement etc.).
4. Submit the documents in the relevant jurisdiction.
