change in the venue of the board meeting

Dear Members

we have already sent the notice and agenda of the Board Meeting. Niw three days before the meeting we wish to change venue from Delhi to Mumbai.
please share the process.

simply write letters to all concerned regarding this

You can call board meeting by giving shorter notice , after ratification from one independent director if any, and keep one agenda in notice about the reason behind cancellation of board meeting that company going to held previously, it is an appropriate manner. 

just intimate the directors about the change in location in writing 

Do we have any legal References regarding this?
