Please suggest me that how can i changed it and get new one which is on based of Proprietor PAN no.

surrender of partnership regn and apply of new regn on proprietorship is advised, as the registration is PAN based.
along with both applications, submit a letter to department with date of effect of such change and copy of amended trade licence, and other proofs in support of the change.
