whether there can be made a change in name of trust?
Minor changes in name is permissible?
What is legal procedure?
Any Requirement of Deed to be registered with charity comissioneer?

Yes you have to comply with procedures with Charity Commissioner's office.

After that you have to submit Name change permission to jurisdictional AO for updating IT records, (by following due process)

You have to visit Charity Commissioner office as it is Statewise and process may also differ.
