One of our client a partnership firm changed there name during the year 2009-10, there is no change in the nature of business. They are not changed there name in PAN and neither prepared reconsituted deed. But they changed their name in sales tax. What are the steps we have to take in this case.
Amendment required in the Deed and the same to be registered with the Registrar of Firms(Optional)
change of name in the PAN to be done along with the amended deed copy.
