A company wants to change its name. What procedures it should adapt. it is also availing Working capital limit with Bank. whether Bank will ask anything.How to proceed

Bank will not ask anything or will not have reservations on it. All documents agreements made in erstwhile name will continue in new name.

There are specific procedures subject to boards resolution at extraordinary general meeting if it extremely urgent. Company law board approval is necessary.
