But the name changed in the pan data as of today, then ??
Check if the name in 'My Profile' after log in to e-filing site.
If it has changed, go with it, or file grievance.
How can you say sir ? A number of people change their name..... @ gazette then in aadhar after that in pan. So many people have nicknames also .....sometimes documents made by different names are what they actually don't want so they will decide to change their documents & that is all legal.
