Check if the name in 'My Profile' after log in to e-filing site.
If it has changed, go with it, or file grievance.
Person cannot change his name. it's fictitious.
How can you say sir ? A number of people change their name..... @ gazette then in aadhar after that in pan. So many people have nicknames also .....sometimes documents made by different names are what they actually don't want so they will decide to change their documents & that is all legal.
Everything can be made legal. My name goes by the college or school certificate.
