Change in jurisdiction due to address change

Dear Members,

My client has been shifted from Indore to Mumbai - Andheri (West) and jurisdiction towards PAN is registered in Indore. Now, I want to change the jurisdiction to Mumbai - Andheri for further process of TDS on Property Certificate (NRI Lower Deduction). The change of Jurisdiction is to be done because for Lower TDS deduction Certificate of NRI (Seller). But before Approaching for Lower TDS certificate, I want to change the jurisdiction as client is not living in Indore. Kindly Suggest me for change in Jurisdiction to Mumbai.

Request to current assessing officer to change jurisdiction, also write proposed ao name and ward, may email currect ao, or write letter or try to submit request online

your Mumbai jurisdictional AO to initiate pan migration request so write a application in writing and submit before your Mumbai jurisdictional AO

I have contact to Mumbai Jurisdiction regarding the same but the response was to submit the letter to current assessing officer (as Suggested by CA Umesh Sir). The Mumbai department is not accepting the same as the change in jurisdiction is to be done from Indore Department to mumbai Department.
