Ours is a listed Comany there has been change in the financial year from March to december, My query is whether the Company has to file quarterly results for the quarter ended December, 2010 or file audited balancesheeet for the year ended 31st December, 2010.
Kindly guide me in this matter.

Audited Balance Sheet for the year ended December 2010 shall be filled with the comparatives of the previous year December 2009.
