change in authorised capital
we r increasing the authorised capital of a private limited company for which moa is to be altered and we have to file that altered moa so whether we have to file the entire moa or only the extract of altered capital clause can be filed.

File Form MGT-14 (Filing of Resolutions and agreements to the Registrar under section 117) with the Registrar along with the requisite filing within 30 days of passing the special resolution, along with given documents:-
- Certified True Copies of the Special Resolutions along with explanatory statement;
- Copy of the Notice of meeting send to members along with all the annexure;
- A printed copy of the Altered Memorandum of Associations.
Sir... MGT 14 has to be file under section 13(1) i. e alteration of MOA except in case of change in name, register offi object clause.... Within 30 days from date if EGM n Form SH 7 for increase in Authorised capital... If u have any quiry pls feel to cal 7204908392
whether the complete Moa has to be filed or only the extract of altered clause can be filed
A complete set of altered MOA has to be attached to the Form MGT 14
