Dear All,

Can somebody please guide me regarding the change of articles of association in an unlisted Company for the purpose of dematerialization of shares?

Further, a draft copy of an Articles of Association of any Company in this particular aspect would be of great help…

Alteration of AOA of a company governed by section 31 of company act 1956

for alteration special resolution in general meeting required and also required that alteration is not beyond from MOA and company law
