My client has trust which is also registered as society
They have changed president vice president and secretary and whole body is changed and now new people are running the society (change in body who had signed MOA N AOA)
My doubt is - do they have to submit revised AOA n MOA to trust authorities as they are going to apply for 12A, 80G registration and no one is there who had signed AOA MOA Which is to be uploaded on income tax portal

In income tax portal the digital signature of new trustee/s is required to be registered.
