Change in address of Director

 Should I need to file DIN 4 to CG even if in case of Private lImited Company? If yes please tell me the procedure and attachments required.

Director is required to fill up form DIN-4 with in a period of 30 days of such changes and intimate the Regional Director (NR) NOIDA as well as to the company(ies) in which he is a director. The requested change is taken into the system on verification of the proof enclosed with the application for change request.

Now my problem is I have been applied for Name approval (Form 1A) of new company in which he is supposed to become a promotor and but the 30days have already passed after the address is changed.

Now what should I do?

i want to know about the DIN address change procedure and about the forms requried for the address change along with the documents needed,

my family member has a DIN Address of Delhi but We want to change it to mumbai Andheri(west)

what should i do in order to make the changes and what exactly should be done,

After my DIN address is changed to the Mumbai address, then we have to apply to ROC for Change of subscriber address for MOA and AOA (with regard to my DIN- since it was a Delhi-based address in DIN, my address given in subscriber page/last page of AOA & MOA is also of Delhi) That has to be changed to the Mumbai address, so can anyone please help me
