To change the director in your OPC GST profile, you must first complete the legal appointment/resignation process with the MCA (filing Form DIR-12). Once updated on the MCA portal, log in to the GST portal and file an Application for Amendment of Registration (Core Fields) to update the director and authorized signatory details.
