Change business place
Dear Sir,
we are registered in excise and mfg co. now we have to change our business place from talwade to Chakan.in this case we need to obtain new excise number for new business place.?
pls advice

you have to deregister the old premise if you are not doing any manufacturing from that premisese and shall take new excise registration of new premise(chakan).....
Yes. You have to take separate registration for that new premises.
1. you obtain new registration for new premises
2. transfer the material to new from old unit with the permission of AC.
3. surrender the old registration.
