For method A irr will be 3.28.
Let irr = 5% then total cash flow =285780;
Than means irr is lower than 5%
Let 3% , total cash flow will be 302280
It means irr is greater than 3% and lies between 5 to 3 %
Now ,
5-r/5-3=14220/16500
=3.28%
