While I wetn to upload my XML return ITR2 for Assessment year 2017-18 an error message apeared as 'At line number 184 : invalid content was found with element 'ITR FORM : Address Detail' - can someone please help? I want to fie my return in delayed time line allowed.

Challenge in filing itr2

Download latest ITR2 utility from the incometaxefiling site, after updation of java version on your system.
Select proper section under which the return to be filed [e.g. 139(4) or 139(5)]
Prepare ITR and you may directly upload from the utility itself (without XML formation).

I dont have Java Utility as it is office laptop.
