Challan not generated
i have made service tax payment on13th march 2015 from PNB online.but my challan is not generated ,however payment is confirmed by the bank.
as per the concerned branch ,they couldnot provide me challan nor the online banking caller.what to do to get the challan number .

WHAT BETTER WAY YOU COULD EXPECT FROM GOVERNMENT REVENUE COLLECTORS FOR THEY REALLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS 'INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY' AFTER ALL THEY READ 'IT' ALWAYS AS INCOME TAX!
