Dear Hari, Either go for CIMA London or CFA USA. Check www.cimaglobal.com/www.cfausa.com
All 3 courses are specialising in very distinct areas of costing and/or finance. Decide first what exactly you like. CIMA is costing specialisation CFM is finnace specialisation with marketing flair to it CFA is complete hardcore finance specialisation with analysis flair added. Think before you take any step as all U-turn will be really painful once you choose the route.
is CFM is substitute for MBA finance
at this point of time you should concentrate on ca course and also to your bcom studies.as one can do two courses only.as this is the provision which is there.also if you are gathering the information thanits ok.
shanti prakash i completed ca pe 2 & b.com & now i want to do other course (any 1 of above)

course is dependent on what you like the most, only then i can suggest you.

HI Harinath,

First of all you need to decide where you want to be in near Future. If looking for practice,  Only CFM is good (Knowledgewise) and other two are not appropriate at all. If thinking for job outside India then US CFA and CIMA are good. In India Indian CFA is good. Now decision is Urs..

can any one also tell the said courses importance and also their durations in which we can complete the course waiting for ur reply

Harinath , do one thing, give me your e-mail id. I shall forward you some files that will help you to take better decision.

I have just completed BBA. Now I want to join CFA (USA) but have some doubts. Pls help

1. What are the job prospects in India after completing CFA(USA)?

2. Can it be compared with MBA(Finance). Which one is better?

Gurdeep, can u mail me files at nitesh_bhatia8007 @ yahoo.com

Hari

My suggestion is that u concentrate on CA and B.com.,

Then decide to be in practice or job?

If going for Job in India or Abroad?

If opting for abroad decide USA or Other countires.

In USA CFA is in good demand till now. After fall of Lehman Bros etc., I don't think it will be a wise decision to go for US job other than software.

If you want to be in job other than US then go for CIMA.

Finally if you want to go for a job in mutual fund / financila institutions in India go for CFA from ICFAI. But mind u, ICFAI has got no accredition even in India.

Think twice as all the 3 courses are costlier and very much hard work is required.

If u complete your CA first, you will have a good platform. More over for Indian CAs certain exemptions are available in CIMA.

Make a wise decision.

All the best

I THINK U SHOULD GO WITH CFA.THAT IS REALLY TOUGH  BUT THAT CAN ADD VALUE IN U R CAREER.ALL THE BEST .MY BEST WISHES FOR U R BRIGHT FUTUR
