1- owning restaurant selling coke on which cess levied so we are selling the bottle on mrp basis are we supposed to pay cess on inclusive basis
2- if we same serve in glass still the answer will remain same?

Yes, cess is applicable on aerated drinks. You have to show sales value+ Cgst+sgst+ cess in the invoice if your registration type is regular.
For composition scheme no gst, no cess for outward supplies.
