we are paying interest on Service Tax.
1. Do we need to pay interest on Education Cess..?
2. Do we need to pay interest on Secondary Education Cess...?

Dear Chandra Shekhara,
OF course you are required to pay interest on EC and SHEC, as you are paying it late to the government. Moreover cess is a part of service tax, it is called cess just because it has a pre-defined use.
