Certified copy failed to download
the link provided by the institute could not be opened as the PDF doc is corrupted! what to do next?? last date is 22nd September

When did you apply and on what date did you receive it?
I applied around 22 July 2015.got the mail link on 12th of September 2015...how do I get the document asap!
