I didn't receive my certified copy of Nov 19 till 27March. It is more than 1month.Though I remind ICAI through mail but no response has come . Please suggest me what to do

I think it is not issued till now hope after re-open of offices .. it will be delivered .. now a days due to Covid-19 issue all offices are closed.
