Received ceritified copies, is the marks alloted in copies are final or there is still chance of change in marks,
as in status it's showing "Application Under process."

they are final !! everybody is getting that same message even after receiving copies.
How much time does it take in general to receive the certified copies? Also by which means do we receive them?
