fees are not based on some values but a standard fee need be charged only by any professional, so your great CA too sir.

if fees are charges on some vaues, then it is not called professionalism at all; but some loot ideas of the professionals that is all.

if your institute makes different charges for different  values, the credibility of ICAI is doubtful
