please let me know the process of obtaining certificate of commencement. I have received certificate on incorporation on 1.12.11. now what i have to do to get certificate of commencement?? do i have to file form 62 and 20 both.. i have not issued prospectus

where company has not issued prospectus:
1. Statement in lieu of prospectus (Schedule III to the Act) shall be filed with the ROC office with filling fee.
2. Do not allot shares at least for 3 days after filling the statement in lieu of prospectus.
3. Declaration in Form 20 shall be filled in the same manner with fee.
Private companies are exempted from the above requirements.
