hi i hv appeared dis nov . for final examination so i will hv to submit certificate of service otherwise my result would not be declared . ICAI sent me that form but i have misplaced it and i hv searched out on ICAI site bt couldn`t find.
last date of submisson of that form is 30th nov. 2009
plz tell me frm where i can get copy of that form ??
in which cell should i contact .u hv any contact no. of them??
You can do fotocopy of that from from ur any freind because its all same form otherwise contact icai
