what if mistakenly old certificate of service has been uploaded?

Which certificate... Articleship completed or not complated?.....IPCC or final..?
If there is no difference between two(old and new), except of signing date, than it's ok....

My articleship is completed and I am a final year student
So, I think there is no difference between two certificate....both are same...last attempt and this attempt.. except date..

If I upload the certificate of service in CA Final exam form without official stamp of my principal as she is working from home and doesn't have stamp with her at her home,will it be acceptable?
