Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the requirements for the Certificate of Service for the IPCC November 2020 exams. It confirms that a new Certificate of Service is required, as you are essentially applying for the November 2020 exam. While you can get a set-off for fees paid for the cancelled May exam, all other application requirements must be met for November 2020. The format of the certificate depends on your articleship status: self-attestation is sufficient if articleship is completed, but principal attestation is needed if you are still pursuing your articleship.
You have to fill new Certificate of service. Bacause it's like you are applying for November, 2020 exam itself. So, you have to follow all things like November, 2020 exam only.
Difference is only that you get set off of old fees paid for May exam, which got cancelled.
There is a difference format of certificate of service, which depends upon articleship status.
1. if your articleship complated, than Principal attestation not required, self attestation is enough. 2. if your articleship is not completed yet/you are pursuing your articleship than Principal attestation required along with your sign.
