I had applied for membership along with cop. Recently i received an enrollment letter from icai where they have mentioned that i have been granted the membership and cop. However they have asked me to provide form 17 regarding registration of firm. I want to practice in my own name not under a firm name. Do i need to submit for 17 for that. While filling form 2 i had mentioned that i do not wish to practice in firm name.
