Certificate of Incorporation not received of Private Limited Company

My Company was incorporated on 28/06/2023 but not received the COI yet.

MCA helpdesk is says it was mailed on 30/06/2023.

We have not received the COI on mail inbox and spam, Checked thoroughly.

They are not entertaining the complains and repeatedly asking to check mail.

We have raised several complaints on MCA Site, over email, twitter etc to resend the mail.

COI is not available in Public Documents due to V3 portal. We are not able to activate Bank account, apply for GST and commence business without COI.

Dear Sabyasachi Sir,

We have also reported after logging in from our mail id through mca portal.

But they are only giving same response, that COI has been mailed. We have raised two complaints and reopened them 3 times each. but they have given same response 6 times that COI has been mailed.

They are not resending it.

We have mailed 3 times to appl.heldesk @ mca.gov.in & crc.escalation @ mca.gov.in but not a single response from them.

Without COI, We are not able to open bank account and apply for GST.

It is not available in public documents as well.

COI not available with concerned ROC office as well.

Is there any other way to get COI.

Same experience here too. My CS applied for my pvt ltd formation mid-Jun, and it got formed on 27/Jun. Received the PAN and TAN via email to the company email address, but have never received the COI since. Have raised multiple tickets through the MCA portal, but have always got back the stock standard response that it was sent to the registered email address already.

Still waiting, with no end in sight. Any pointers to which email address(es) the COI gets sent to? Is that sent to the company email address only, or to all the individual director's emails as well??
