Does Private Company also require to obtain Certificate of Commencement of Business?

Section 11 of Companies Act 2013 which dealt with certificate of commencement of business has been omitted vide Companies (Amendment) Act 2015 w.e.f. 29.5.2015. Now no company, whether private or public, is required to obtain certificate of commencement of business.
